Chlorine-free shock treatment granules for swimming pools.

Quick-dissolving oxidizer in granulate form. Alternative chlorine-free water treatment. Ideal for rapid oxidation shock and cleaning. Very effective against algae and organic deposits. For application in soft and hard water.

Dosing instructions (practical advice)¹:

• Always correct the pH value between 7.2 and 7.6
• During the treatment, the pump should be running for at least 3 to 4 hours
• Dissolve the product in a bucket of cool water and then distribute it evenly over the surface of the water
• Every 2-5 days 20g in 1 m³ of water, then wait at least 30 minutes before using the pool again
• The dosage depends strongly on circumstances (temperature, sun and bath load)
• For heavy pollution up to 80g per 1 m³ of water. After shock treatment, wait at least 6 hours before using the pool again

Warning:

• Note: Melpool OXY is not a disinfectant, but only encourages oxidation / cleaning. It is advisable to regularly apply a chlorine shock in addition to Melpool OXY
• Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use
• Keep in a cool dark place, out of the reach of children
• Never mix with other (swimming pool) chemicals or other types of chlorine. These can react with each other
• To avoid risk of skin and eye irritation, it is recommended to wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling this product

Tip:

Product works very well in combination with chlorine granules or tablets. Only dose Melpool OXY when the chlorine content is below 0.5 ppm. Only add/apply chlorine products 6 hours after dosing Melpool OXY.
